How and where can I register ? |
You can register your company on the left
menu bar under the heading "Registration".
There you will find a link named "Register
company".
If you click on this link you will see all
services of MachineSeller.de .
At the
bottom, you will find a button named "Register",
which will take you to the first step of
registration. Hereupon your data will be
queried. All Fields with a "*"
on the side are mandatory fields. |

How can I add ads ? |
After the registration you can directly
login in to the "Customer
range".
There you can add
ads with clicking on the link named "Add
a new machine". |

How long will my ads published ? |
When you add an ad, you have the option to
choose a duration.
The ad begins with a
minimum duration of
1 month
to a maximum of
6 month.
After exceeding this duration your ad will
be automatically removed from the published
ads.
In addition, you can see this
machines in the "Customers
range" under the link
"Manage
your added machines".
There you have the chance to extend the
duration of the machines as much as you
want. |

What do I do if I forget my password ? |
To recover your password go under the left
menu bar under the heading "Registration"
on the link "Customers range". On this page
you will find under the button "Login"
a link named
"Forget
password ???".
Click on this link.
On the following page
you will find two fields named "User
name"
and "E-Mail".
Please
type there your User name and your e-mail address and click on
Send.
After that your access data will be
send to your e-mail address.
If you no longer remember your user name, please contact us. |

How do I unsubscribe ? |
You can unsubscribe your existing membership
by writing us and announce your resignation.
Please enter your full address, your user
name and your password in this e-mail.

How can I send an ad to a friend ? |
If you are in the technical data of each
machine, click on the link
"Send
this machine to a friend"
under the heading "Service"
to send this machine to a friend.
On the
following page you have to enter your name,
your e-mail address and the
e-mail
address of your friend.
Plus you have the option to enter a message. |

How do i can contact the Dealer ? |
In the technical data of each machine you
will find a link named
"Contact
member ( Form / Outlook )"
under the heading "Service".
There
you have 2 options to contact the dealer.
Once we have a ready made form and once via
Outlook. |

How can i order a recall ? |
If the dealer has activated the "Order
recall"
option, you will see a link named "Order
recall"
under the heading "Service"
in the technical data of the machine.
Click this link.
On the following page you
have to enter your name, your telephone number and a
message which will be send to the dealer. |

How can I advertise on MachineSeller.de ? |
MachineSeller.de offers diverse advertising opportunities.
You can always advertising in a particular category or even permanently on certain pages.
Write to us under the link "contact us" and tell us where you want to turn an advertisement. |
